Report an issue

If you notice a potential vulnerability, please report it privately to contact@asim-group.com with the subject “Security report”.

Include the affected URL, what you observed, the potential impact and any steps that help explain the issue without causing harm. Do not include passwords, access tokens or other people’s personal data. If supporting evidence is sensitive, ask us how to share it safely first.

Scope and safe reporting

This channel covers Asim’s public website. It does not cover third-party services or customers’ systems. Ask us for written authorization before conducting active security testing.

Do not disrupt services, access or change someone else’s data, use social engineering, or test on physical robots or third-party systems. If you encounter sensitive data, stop and report the issue without copying it.

What happens next
